Level: All levels Named after Mysore, the city where it originated; Mysore-style is the traditional method in which Ashtanga Yoga is taught. Students move through asanas at their own pace in a group setting, under the guidance of a teacher. For this online classes, the guidance is provided virtually by Astanga Yoga Teacher Roberta Giannotti, via live video stream. Roberta views students doing their own 'self practice' and guides them verbally throughout. It is just like being in a real Mysore-style class except everything is received by sound including hearing Roberta's guidance and hearing fellow students practicing (sometimes students are muted if there is howling feedback). Tues–Thurs Flexible schedule: 6–9am (arrival slots: 6am or 7am, we close at 9am). All levels welcome! FAQs How do I dial into the webinar? You will receive the dial in details after you register and pay your donation for the class. How much should I pay? Anything over £3 is welcome as this will cover our online admin fees.
