ROBERTA GIANNOTTI
Roberta is authorised - Level 2, to teach the Astanga Yoga System by the late Sri K.Pattabhi Jois (pictured at left with Roberta) and his inheritor, Sharath Jois.
Roberta is one of the most experienced and recognised Astanga Yoga teachers in London, having taught here since 1998.

Born in Montreal, Canada, Roberta also speaks Italian, French and Spanish.

Izabela (Izzy) Langner-Rego
Izabela (Izzy) is authorised - Level 1, to teach the Astanga Yoga System by Sharath Jois who now the lineage holder of Ashtanga Yoga.

Born in Poland, Izzy has travelled the world for work, adventure and Astanga Yoga to which she was introduced to in 2009.
Izzy has been practicing with Roberta since 2016 and started assisting in 2024.
