BEGINNERS

Beginners or those returning to yoga after a break are welcome to join our Mysore-Style classes held weekdays (except Mondays) in North London.

 

Teacher Roberta Giannotti will teach you one-on-one at your own speed in a group setting.

You can:

  1. attend classes in person at our studio in London, or

  2. dial in online via Zoom.

WHAT TO EXPECT

All you need for the class is some comfortable clothing and a mat. You will receive the link for the live stream you have booked an online class after you book your place.

The practice is around 1hr/1h15 Hours, including the final relaxation although may be shorter depending on what you and Roberta decide.
